Job description and responsibilities:

Qualification
- Recent Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses
- BScN preferred or evidence of working towards
- Current BCLS certification
- Must have two years of experience and the ability to work independently in the NICU
- NRP certification is mandatory for NICU
- STABLE mandatory for NICU or completion within six months of hire
- RNAO membership is preferred
- Excellent physical assessment skills
- Must have Proficient computer skills
- good attendance and performance record with the ability to maintain this same standard
- Demonstrated commitment to a safe and healthy workplace for oneself and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and also working in compliance with organization-related policies, Standards of Care, health and safety legislation, best practice, and completing relevant mandatory education as required

Work Schedule:

Job Description and responsibilities:
- As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide a wide range of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations, all while ensuring their safety and well-being. You will use nursing processes such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in your role, as well as counsel, teach, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families

Qualifications:

- Baccalaureate degree in nursing. Medical/Surgical NICU experience within the last five years.
- Minimum three years of level III NICU experience within the last five years.

- Completion of a post-basic graduation neonatal certificate.
